The time shown, on the board, is about 15 minutes ahead of the actual time. Anyway that can be corrected?

Just starting out in the 'collecting' field
Just getting started in the collecting part of my Ruger addiction. Figured this would be a good place to do just that and get answers to questions about it. I am into Bearcats and so far am the proud owner of 7 of them. Always looking for the next 'different ' one.
