I am not a DA guy, but I would suspect so. I know on the Blackhawk the cylinder has to be fitted to the frame, but I don't know what it takes on a DA.

To my knowledge Ruger has never offered a DA in the convertible format.

Your gun is an interesting variation. As Lee pointed out the value would be based on how bad someone wanted it. Not having any markings is not to uncommon. I have a .41 that has no barrel markings and have seen several that are marked wrong. They make for very interesting pieces for your collection....
