Re: Rare as cast frame
That frame is from the first batch of castings used with Single-Sixes #1 to 2000! The bottom is not stamped 12/55, it is stamped 12/53!!!! One is for the "DELUXE SINGLE SIX"

Yes, Deluxe Single-Six was before they called it a Super Single-Six. So that terminology dates before April 1964.

Love that 10/22 sign. Did you get the rest of the signs that were in that set?

Re: Shelves are filling up quickly......
Good score on the Robbed from Bill Ruger lighter and the two miniature fox figurines. I thought all the fox figurines were near Seattle.

Re: Calling Lee Newton

Re: SS-32L
These are overruns to the U.S. marked model. There were many times more marked with the U.S. than without, though the U.S. marked model will always bring bigger $.

Re: French proofed rst4 and rst6
Foreign proofed Rugers are tough to find in this country... of course, they would have be be re-imported. Re: Is it SS or something else?
The earliest KS47N I've ever noted is 84-62857. Ruger started shipping stainless 10-1/2" guns at the same time, the earliest noted being 84-66086.
Your gun is way to early to be stainless.
