Re: Ruger Flattop serial number 186, 1 of 3

DOC4429, great to see you posting on the ROCS forum. What an outstanding engraved 29 and you have the invoice to prove the work! Showing this fine S&W really helps understand the timeline of Ruger and S&W during the early years. You have an outstanding .44 Bill. My compliments to you. Brass ...

Donnie, this is a great looking package of an early Target model. Hard gun to find in this condition with box and papers.

Re: ROCS/OGCA 2023 teaser

Gary, yes the BKH-30s were 4 in a row serial numbered! I wonder who put that set together? I also wonder who owns the fifth gun in this series?? Brass Frame/Lee E

Re: ROCS/OGCA 2023 teaser

Contender, Thank you very much for these excellent display photos. It is quite an event both for ROCS and the OGCA! It takes some serious time and preparation, but Rugers were seen everywhere. I was told that Remington Collectors were trying to muscle in on the Ruger collectors, but our displays out...

Gene, it was good to see both you and Judy at the Ohio show! Farming must keep you very busy as it had been several years since I saw you last. Stay safe and keep your back in shape to handle the hay bales. Lucky for you, i still found plenty of Bud for you and Judy. Stay in touch. Brass Frame/Lee E

Re: Congratulations Don Findley! American Rifleman article

Don, I just received my American Rifleman magazine today, July19. I plan to take my issue to the OGCA/ROCS show and find time to read your article this weekend? Your articles are always easy to read and very informative. Thanks for all you do to promote Ruger collecting. Brass Frame/Lee E

Re: Brown Extra Cylinder box for Single Six

Troy, I do not collect Single Sixes, so no extra brown boxes in my collection. Just the one that came with my Super Single Six, purchased new in 1967 while at OSU, that means The Ohio State University!
