We are all glad Ron is back home & doing better.
And Carl,,, you need to heal up as well. It's great news you are doing well enough to go back to work. PS; My son liked the little black weighted item I got from you! You should have seen his smile when he opened that package.

Re: Type 1 Red Eagle
VERY nice!
No clue as to why it sat for 5 years. Often,, there are Rugers that were made,, then not shipped for several years. I'd say there can be several reasons it didn't ship right away.

Re: SR stamped 2014 Single-Six
I just checked my ,17's. One is marked as a "Hunter" on the topstrap, & it's stainless with both cylinders. But my blued .17 has the same rollmark as above. But mine was a FoNRA special,, and has different grip medallions. My medallions are not "Ruger" but are NRA.

Re: 1950 Standard missing medallion
That grip pictured looks like the correct one for the right side. Is the medallion missing from the left panel?

Re: WANTED!!!! MAXIMUM SERIAL NUMBERS!!!!
You can add the number 600-02588 to your list. It has a 10-1/2" bbl. And by it's pictures,, someone has added a fiber optic front sight. (Nope, not my gun, just saw the pics.)
