Latest GP100

67stingray (Bennett) gave me the heads up on this one- thank you sir. My newest Ruger, GP100 Royal Phoenix, only 595 made, sold by Lipseys, production years 2010-2012. No warning label. Left side of barrel just says Ruger, Newport, NH, USA; Right side says RUGER GP100, .357 Magnum. High polish blue,...

twriggen wrote: Wed Jun 23, 2021 6:13 pm It looks like the Embassy in Tulsa is already booked to capacity that weekend. Any suggestions on something nearby and preferably in walking distance?
Please see my comments in the ROCs Questions section about the Embassy Suites rooms for NOV 2021- they are sold out EXCEPT for the ROCS rooms.

ROCS TULSA-IMPORTANT

For those of you going to Tulsa, The Embassy Suites is sold out EXCEPT for the ROCS block of rooms. If making reservations, central booking can't seem to find the ROCS info. Get connected to the SALES Dept and talk to them, then can find the info very easily. For whomever makes the connections with ...

Re: Buds has Ruger Service Six's for sale

Saw that, cosmetically challenged but the internals appear to be pretty good according the reviews I've seen on other forums. Appears that some have the Australian markings and some dont. Looks like they would be great shooters or clean them up good and add to a police organizations collection.

Sometimes the Ruger generated s/n listing isn't quite right (as you have seen). In this case a letter from Ruger ($10) would be your best bet. You can find the form on the Ruge...

Re: 1988 DAO Service Six 4" 38spl

IIRC, Sile made the oversized (Target) grips for Ruger but I don't think the OEM " RLG - Oversized Walnut Panels for Security Six" were marked with the Sile name. They, Sile, also made them for sale (via mail at that time). A number of years back Ruger cleared them out of their warehouse a...

Re: ROCS 1st DIGEST ARTICLE "The First Ruger" on Homepage

Even though I read it back in 2014 I reread it and gosh dern, Don does find out the info. Truthfully, even though I always start at the home page, I missed it. Now I'll make sure I look over there to see if there is anything new or from the archives.
