ROCS Logo Playing cards

Post by RoninPA »

I know this has been mentioned before. That said, I have started doing research on having poker size playing cards made with the ROCS logo on the back. They will come wrapped in cellophane and in a box that will show the logo. These are not some cheap promotional cards, these cards will be the same weight as typical casino playing cards. I thought about the plastic playing cards (which are very nice, I still have several decks from when I was playing a lot of Texas Hold'em) but they are probably cost prohibitive for the average ROCS person.

What I would like to know is:

How many people are truly interested in this endeavor?

How many decks are people interested in buying?

Would you like to see these given out to ROCS displayers at the various shows?

Would you like to see these sold here on the forum?

Remember the more decks ordered at one time the lower the per deck cost is.

Right now the companies I have been looking at don't do double decks but I am sure you can find double deck boxes on the web (I will research that also as time permits). If we (ROCS) do this we could order them with 2 different ROCS logo backgrounds or a ROCS logo on two different color backgrounds if people wanted to do double decks that way.

Give me your thoughts.

Thanks
Ron

Ron I think that would be a great idea for some members good luck with the project, I for one would rather watch grass grow as opposed to playing cards, that’s just me.

Bill,
Yes like those, I am looking at just the poker sized playing cards. Could you shoot me and email with where they were purchased, etc? Thanks.

Vince, you are correct, I looked at their site and it appeared that they wouldn't deal with us but after rereading what they said I have contacted them to talk to them.

Ron, I would participate in a ROCS endorsed card set as a purchaser on the website.

I would buy a "set" of decks or two.
