I was on the phone and went $300.00 higher than I wanted to spend and still was not the high bidder.
Oh well I can only hope one of my absentee bids come in for me.

So,
Does anyone know how to see the auction results?
Curious what some of this went for.

Someone said that the results would be published but before hearing this I hand wrote the majority of them down. If you'd like to know something from day 2 I'll PM it to ya. Send me the lot # and desc plz.

Chuck,
I don't have the lot number or know what day sold,
just curious about the OM flattop #46 and the 10-22 #46.
I can wait for results to be published.
Cheers,
JAY

If you go to Poulins website you can still see most of the lot #s but some items have been changed or removed since the auction ended. I did a search for Ruger and it narrowed it down to only 3 pages. You have a PM on the close prices of the two you mentioned.

I was informed this morning via Poulin that guns will begin shipping on Monday the 28th for those that have paid as of today and provided that you're not a first-time buyer using a check.

All prices realized from the Ruger Auction are now posted on Poulin's website. The #46 Bearcat would have been my favorite....it went north of 2K!!! :o

The close prices that I hand wrote versus the realized are quite different. Just a heads up to those that requested close prices from me via PM or email. They are all different than my recorded values and it's because they have all their fees etc. tacked on. For instance, I have the close on the 46 Bearcat at $1700 and they show $1997.50.

Didn't realize that the final prices already included the fees. I thought fees were in addition to that. Well, I suppose they show the "Out The Door" price.
Some of these guns went for around $250isch. There's not much left for the seller if they pay a consignment fee.
Wonder if too many guns for sale in one place at the same time is a good strategy for sellers.

The seller doesn't pay a fee, the buyer does. Poulin tacks on a 17.5% buyers fee, that is where they make their money and the seller makes what the item sold for at the bang of the gavel. Even with that fee, the guns I got average out pretty good for what I got.
