OK long story but I asked a guy about making me some boxes almost 12 years ago.....well he calls me the other day and says come get your boxes.....these are made with the right wood and come ready to assemble just need glue and some brads.....asking $150 each shipped .....I also have a real deal salt cod box I would consider selling too $1750 shipped (no gun)....here are pics of the repo salt cod box.....let me know thanks RR 419 308 2047 can text more pics if needed.

Rod, this looks like a nice offering if you have an early gun without a Salt Cod Box. The originals almost never turn up and are seldom in collector condition. Good luck on your sales. Brass Frame/Lee E

Pls clarify: is this a built box or a parts kit box which one needs to build? 8-)

Rod, yes I know Doug. He has been in my pocket several times to help me with several wood working projects! His son made a shooting bench that converts from right to left handed shooters for me. I also have a repo salt cod box, made by Dave Hiddleson.
He put a railway sticker on mine as well. Brass Frame/Lee E
