Outstanding original condition! A Ruger New Model BN-45, .45LC revolver that was manufactured in 1976 and specially rollmarked "Made in the 200th Year of American Liberty" along the top of the barrel. The left side of the barrel has the simple Ruger address rollmarking, no "warning". A large single-action revolver, this Ruger chambers the .45LC and wears a 7-1/2" barrel with adjustable rear sight. This revolver is in outstanding original condition and I would surmise only test fired. The cylinder is properly numbered to the frame with numbers etched on the front face. The original blue finish rates 99% with nearly no hint of a cylinder line. The balance of the gun is nearly flawless. There is no rust or pitting. The original walnut grips are excellent, free of cracks, chips, dings or wear. The mechanics are in perfect working order and the bore is excellent! This handsome revolver comes in an original red cardboard box which unfortunately doesn't number to the gun. The box has great color and sticker but has some writing on the top. Also included is the 1976 dated owner's manual. A very nice revolver for a NM/Liberty Ruger collector, this one would be hard to upgrade.
