Here's a great BN-36X .357 Magnum Blackhawk/Convertible revolver that was manufactured in 1976 and specially roll-marked "Made in the 200th Year of American Liberty" along the top of the barrel. The left side of the barrel has the simple Ruger address roll-marking, no "warning". A versatile single-action revolver, this Ruger chambers the .357 Magnum/.38 and wears a 6-1/2" barrel with adjustable rear sight. Additionally you have the added 9mm cylinder of the X model with this BN-36X. This revolver is in outstanding condition, it appears little more than factory test fired. The cylinder is properly numbered to the frame with numbers etched on the front face. The original blue finish rates 98-99% with just a faint cylinder turn line. The 9mm cylinder has blue loss and is pictured, this is unfortunately common on cylinders left in the felt bags while stored. Please check your X models and insure you aren't storing them in the red felt bags. The balance of the gun is nearly flawless. There is no rust or pitting. The original walnut grips are excellent, free of cracks, chips, dings or wear. The mechanics are in perfect working order and the bore is excellent! This handsome revolver comes in the original red cardboard box which numbers to the gun. Also included is the Ruger owner's manual.
