1945 letter

A letter dated November 21,1945. Bill Ruger inquiring about applying for a patent on a semi-auto pistol to a law firm in Boston.

Probably should not be surprised, but it took a long time to get the Standard Auto in production. If the real story about how and how long it took to make the deal with Alex Sturm and his $50,000, I haven't heard it.
