Yes that looks like the final answer. The last answer I got from the help desk (after clarifying my question several times) was that a person will need to set up an account and talk to a sales representative to get set up to be able to ship firearms and firearm parts via UPS. That said, and I will ask when I send a message to talk to a sales rep, it does not look like they changed anything about shipping ammo, just the standard box it correctly and put the new signage on the box.

So individuals can still receive ammo and parts to their home?

Individuals RECEIVING firearm parts (non-serialized - serial numbered parts are considered firearms and have to go through a FFL, ammo and other firearm related parts) are still good to go. It's the SENDERS of firearms and firearm parts that have to prove to the UPS shipping people that they are authorized by UPS to ship them. The senders will have to fill out and sign specific UPS forms and provide UPS with a copy of their federal firearms license to be able to ship these items using UPS.
