Ok, the 2 guns are no longer listed. They each can be bought for the right price if you contact me. Thank you.

Ruger's Law Enforcement catalogs only offered standard cataloged items, worthy of Law Enforcement of course, but still... standard production items.

During my research for these two guns I saw many times where someone said what you just said. The original contract was for P89 model Rugers. When the P93DAO came out the P89M was developed to match the P93DAO but the roll stamp was still P89M, for municipal, to help honor the existing contract. The original P89M gun was a prototype and was explained as to why they were not in the law enforcement catalogs. This was also backed up by responses from Ruger themselves. The P89P was also done this way to be a match for the P95DAO and the roll stamp was altered to honor the contract.

These two guns are pristine. The P89M count is about 75 with just about 10 being blued like mine. The P89P was an even smaller number, somewhere around 10, because the Chicago police decided to go with Glock by that time. My research and numbers come from countless hours research on the internet and talking to Ruger specialists. These two guns should be for a collector and IMO should not be fired but that of course would be up to the owner.

By the way, there are 2 of the P series laser guns at GB. A P94DC Laser and a P94DAO Laser. Both say the lasers do not light up and may be batteries. Takes a 1/8" allen wrench to disassemble and change the batteries and the batteries are available.

I made a mistake, they are both P94DC Lasers.

Be careful on the P94 lasers. Tac Star went out of business soon after Ruger built those P94's with integral laser, and the lasers will go kaput.
After that happened, Davidson's got on the stick and did a buy back for anybody who purchased a P94 laser gun from them.

I think my PM is messing up. I am trying to get ahold of Ironhawk about the P89M and the P89P guns. I send the PM but does not show in the Outbox or Sent Box. Please, someone, have Ironhawk contact me about these guns. Thanks.

Thought they were and then a no sale. Could you PM me so I can get in to more detail about all this? Thanks.

Sorry for the delayed response. I have a brother going thru hospice care that gets my attention for periods of time.

Because this site is the Ruger Owner's Collectors Society I really thought that someone would jump at the chance to own a couple of the Ruger Unicorn P guns in pristine condition but if there is no interest then ok. The P89M and the P89P just don't show up that often. I am willing to sell them together at a great price or separately for a bit higher price. Anyone that might have a renewed interest can respond back here or PM me. I assure you though that I will be selling them. My brother is a Glock nut and when I pass he will get them and sell them to someone.
