Super Blackhawk and Knife Combo

Post by 67stingray »

I just picked up a KS47N that came with a matching Knife and display case, it was made in 1983 and is in great shape. It didn't come with any paperwork or original box but somebody put together a neat set.

The barrel looks longer than 4 5/8, but the ejector rod housing is almost to the end of the barrel. Is it a EJR from a Maximum? What kind of front sight is that? The more I look at it the more I like it!

Thanks, the barrel is 6", the EJR is 4 7/8" and not sure what kind of sight it is. It has a really smooth trigger with a light pull, someone put some work into for sure. I'm going to try to get it out and shoot it today probably use some nice .44 Mag ammo that fellow member Watertender sent me, a big thanks to him.

Thanks, didn't get to shoot it today but in the near future. No it doesn't have Ruger or any other markings on the knife. Maybe someone can tell me what the handles are made of, I've seen the material on grips before just can't remember. They are really smooth and have an aged ivory color with faint wood texture on them.
