New Handles

Post by JAYDAWG »

Put some new grips on my favorite shooter, a NM 357/9mm convertible with an action job done by the "Arizona Thumber".
A joy to shoot, so she got some attention.

Cheers,
JAY

Looks good Jay! I bet you could shoot marbles off a fence post with it!
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...

Very nice. Those checkered grips add a little panache.

Thanks guys....
Ran a batch of ammo thru her today.

It is interesting to me to see how much better I shoot when I have confidence/experience
in a gun. Like I said, my favorite shooter.

Took a beginner up on the hill today with his gun. We shot many others I have, but this one was his favorite...Kinda cool for me!

WT.......
I can not afford to shoot any of the marbles you gave me :P
Like you have said many times here on the forum.... I NEED THEM 8-) 8-) :x

Cheers,
JAY

Any Bob James action job is awesome. Have had a few Colts done by him along with a few Rugers. Some of the best.

Gary,
For sure, a very nice action.
My "Colt guy" FFL was sending a gun down a few years back and said, "you should send one of THOSE Rugers down"
Sent two.
Glad I did :D

Cheers,
JAY
