American Rimfire LRT

Post by RugerfanAustria »

Hello friends. I have fulfilled a long-cherished wish and bought the Ruger American Rimfire Long Range Target. I also ordered a UTG bipod and a Hawke Vantage 6-24*50 and am already eagerly waiting for the delivery to mount everything for the spring season at the shooting range.

That's a good one to get, I hear that they are really accurate. Happy for you.

That should make for some fun range days. Does it require a 30 MOA rail for longer range rimfire fun like the precision?

Today my scope and my bipod arrived and I mounted everything right away. I'm really looking forward to the first test.

Tomorrow I'll go to the shooting range in the hall for the first time to shoot in at 25 meters so that I'll be on the target at 50m from the start as soon as it gets warmer.

Wow OP! Great looking "stick" you bought there! Looks like it can shoot little bitty groups, just sitting there in your pics.
Goodnight Chesty, wherever you are.

Next week is the first test with different types of ammunition at 50 and 100m (54 and 109 Yards). Then of course I will report.
