No. 1 Colorado Game and Fish Commemorative.

Post by Marlin375 »

I recently acquired a No 1 RSI in .270 that is a Colorado Game and Fish Commemorative issue. It's gold filled engraved and marked 1 of 45. I would like to know if anyone knows about these particular editions and what the story is on them.

Marlin, I believe in my commemorative folder that I have some info on those. It might take me a day or two to say for sure but I'll certainly get back with you either way.

Unfortunately, I can't aid you in your search for information. I have a large binder full of special edition and commemorative stuff but nothing in it regarding this specific No. 1. Even an internet search didn't turn up anything helpful for me.

Marlin, do you know what year that it was released? It might help.
