I found out that these existed about 10 years ago. In that time, these are all I've been able to find. One at a flea market and was the cheapest one I own, one from a friend for a better price. The other 3 were online auctions and I had to pony up for them.

There is a short piece on the Ruger Corp. in the Sept. 2017 American Rifleman magazine.

This will probably make them even harder to find! Did you have something to do with this article? I only ask because of your early knowledge of it.

I wasn't positive exactly when it was to be published. It is in the September issue.

Very cool! And congrats to you. I have been digging through boxes of tools at flea markets all over the northeast for 25 years and have yet to find some treasure! Stories like yours keep me going.

Thank you! It's been a labor of love no doubt. I've since added a 1010 Brace to the mix.
