Again, late to the party but it appears that the mold is for this Ruger Casting "plate" - I have several of them and they are exactly like the one photographed at Ruger in Arizona.

Is Bill Hamm considered Ruger Casting Memorabilia? I think his hip is a Ruger product!
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...
