It'll have to wait a long time before it'll find me in a tie....

That's a very hard piece to find, congratulations on a great score!
Now you need the 4 3/4" miniature, :) it never ends.

Like Terry said you rarely run across the Standard tie pin especially with the box in that condition. Thanks for sharing.

Very Nice Ruger, how long did you have to rub on it to get it that shiny?
You should have thrown it in with the magazine :D :D

That is a very desirable piece. Very rare, early Ruger memorabilia. Warning, one piece leads to another. There's no end.

Warning-Warning Our Friend!
Like maybe to the point of Websters definition of "Hoarder" noun, a person who hoards things. ex. "I'm a bit of a hoarder"

But its so much deeper hey Chuck?

Urban Dictionary- (Adj) A word that describes anyone that feels the need to find, collect, keep, pack ANY and EVERYTHING Ruger because they do not know how to part with things.

Dictionary.com a supply or accumulation that is hidden or carefully guarded for preservation, future use, etc.: a vast hoard of Ruger memorabilia.

Your Dictionary; Hoarding is a mental illness characterized by the compulsive need to purchase or acquire Ruger items from various sources and to keep them even when you already have multiple items of the same piece. The cause of hoarding is unknown. Hoarding and the resulting clutter often interferes with everyday life and activities.

Mayo-Clinic Definition, Hoarding disorder is a persistent difficulty discarding or parting with Ruger possessions because of a perceived need to save them. A person with Ruger hoarding disorder experiences distress at the thought of getting rid of the Ruger items.

IM JUST SAYING BEWARE, THIS ISN'T ANYONE I KNOW, OR ANYTHING I'VE EXPERIENCED.
