HAWKEYE

Post by JAYDAWG » Fri Apr 17, 2020 4:48 pm

I finally took the Hawkeye out today and shoot it. I have had it 2 1/2 years and never shot it before. What a cannon! The muzzle blast is quite impressive :o
I also forgot that the ejector rod grabs the rim on the rear of the case, kind of a combo SA rod and DA case eject system. Very Cool.
It will not be another 2 1/2 years before I shoot it again!
Cheers,
JAY

JAYDAWG sounds like you had a fun time. Be safe during this Covid19 stuff. Hope to meet you sometime at one of the shows

Shooting a Hawkeye is a lot of fun! Did your shooting session look anything like this?
