Welcome to the ROCS website, happy to have you aboard. Those are two fine looking single actions. A bunch of us love those single actions too. Please consider joining the ROCS club too, we would sure like to have you as an active member. The latest issue of our Digest magazine has a great article about the Ruger Blackhawk 1955 - 2020. You can join right here on our website.

Welcome Dave! You have a couple of nice looking Rugers there, and I like the fancy grip panels. Are you a shooter or collector or both? It really doesn't matter as long as you are a Ruger lover you come to the right place.

Thanks everyone, much appreciated.
I’m a definitely a collector and shoot as much as I can, from clay pigeons to steel and paper.
I enjoy 1911’s, single action, lever guns and who am I kidding pretty much everything.
I also love to collect different grips from exotic woods, Sambar Maral and Rocky Mountain stags. Mammoth as well .... again thanks for the welcome ‼️

Now that's a very nice assortment of grip panels, knives and of course Ruger guns. 8-)
I too enjoy a custom knife with stag, Mammoth, and/or ivory handles.

Ruger stags and ivory's for all my Ruger Fat-Tops.

I've been considering putting some stags on my Ruger SR1911s but haven't popped for them yet, I guess I haven't found the right pair.

The pic of your SR1911 with the custom knife both have stags that look like they came from the same horn. Was this done on purpose or was it a lucky accident?

The grips really set off a fine looking gun or knife. Here's a pic of my SR with stags.
