Does anyone here know, with certainty, if Ruger ever manufactured a #1 in any sub-type, stainless/laminate, chambered in .338 WinMag?
I have been trying to find one for several years, and so far, have failed completely. Not just to get one, but to even verify such a combination even existed from the factory.
I've been thinking about getting a stainless donor action, and building my own, but lately I think if I was going to do that, I might go 6.8 Western instead.

The records I have do not indicate any 338 Win. Mag. made in stainless/laminate
in the 2000-2010 time period that Ruger produced them.
