Anyone have any information on these Ruger Blackhawks sold to the Canadian military beginning in 1994? donfindley806@gmail.com

That's neat! I wonder if they are marked with government markings.

Since it is 1994, I wonder if they were Super Blackhawks?

Could it be that they were for use in Northern Canada by Conservation Officers? A .38 or 9mm is pretty anemic against an enraged grizzly or polar bear or even a moose. Just an idea.

I noticed that Dan Wesson as well as Smith and Wesson and Ruger .44's were mentioned. I wonder how many of each were on their inventory?
