I've read several posts about getting more gun safes and when I added my 3rd some years back, my wife complained about the ugliness of them. I too grew tired of unloading the safe to look at one as well as the occasional handling mark from the cramped space.
Now, with a bit of concrete and steel and a whole lot of effort, I can just walk in, pick one up and enjoy my collection. The problem is it to is filling up since these photos were taken. Mostly with my new found interest in non prefix NO 1s..

This gives the term Man Cave a whole new level. Your gun safe/room is a work of art. I like it very much.
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...

if i had a room like that, i would lock myself inside and never leave. Very nice!

Very nice! They do tend to fill up. Bad news is that you are not likely to fill it up with non prefix No.1's. There are not enough of them.

Jay,
Door is not actually a vault door, but a solid steel commercial door. My local gun shop recommended it to me as it is what they have on the back door of their shop. Their door is a testament to its strength as it shows signs of many crowbar / sledgehammer events of low lifes trying to get in, but none has succeeded. It has welded re-rod incorporated into every row of blocks. In the end, the door system, including the keyless entry ran about $1500...As far as the Ruger stencil, got it of ebay...$20
