Thanks for the kind words, the Tulsa displays were indeed great ones!! Happy to hear that you are finally getting them. They inadvertently were mailed bulk mail and are really taking a long time to get to many of you. Heck, I have not gotten mine yet either. Anyway, we will be sure and mail future Reports 1st Class so hopefully they will get to you earlier.

How does one subscribe to both the digest and the report?

When you pay your dues and join ROCS you are susposed to get them both. The Spring and Fall Digest issues and the Summer and Winter Reports.
