Yes, I've got a letter on it, shipped July 1973.

I'll have to check my late low backs and early high backs to see what serial numbers and markings are on them. Can't right now, I'm sitting in a motel right outside Knoxville on my way to the Huntsville show and only have my limited info laptop.
Can't stand it, probably just need to replace it, can't update Win 10 because of the limited memory, and not sure if I can even put more memory in it. But I mainly use it to keep my emails from running amok. 5am-5pm today 84 emails of which 5 were relevant.

I used to own Speed Six 150-998xx that was new grip frame. Was a 4 inch blued gun in 357.

Just got an email from another DA collector who has two fixed sight "Security-Six" marked lowback guns that are even higher for serial number!
151-01438 is a lowback SDA84 marked Security Six
151-01445 is a lowback SDA34 marked Security Six

OK, took a look and here are my odd balls:
GA-34 (stainless) Low back frame, s/n 151-09505 is marked Security Six
SDA-84 High back frame, s/n 150-94411 is marked Police Service Six
GS-34H (stainless) s/n 158-65850 is marked Police Service Six, but letters as a GS-34H (Speed Six) and measurements/comparasions show it IS a Speed Six frame
All of my other Low back Adjustable or Fixed sight guns are marked Security Six
All of my Low (and High) back Speed Sixes are marked Speed Six
