Alright, that's good news, the 336 30-30 Win. blue lever. Great news!

I guess we'll be seeing an announcement by Ruger on their website Monday?

They need a 16 inch barrel in 327 would be great in my opinion.

I'd like to see Ruger resurrect the 39A and work it up to .327, if that's possible. Since it was a .22 small frame it would handle the narrow .32 cartridge better. The problem with adapting a .357/.44 frame is that the rounds can get cockeyed on the wide lifter and fail to feed. The Henry .327s have this problem - unless the rifle is held perfectly vertical and you're not in a hurry, they jam. A lot. Plus having a heavy barrel. Henry has some nice .22s - I wonder if they explored that alternative? The .327 is a tad longer than a .22wmr so maybe that's the issue. But, like the old 39A, it could handle three different cartridges.
Update: Chad wrote in the current RENE that Ruger does plan to bring the Model 39 back in a couple of years, so...

I am a fan of Marlin lever-guns, be they JM, Remington, or Ruger manufacture. I've never had a dog.
This is my most recent, a Ruger-Marlin, .44 . This little gun is gorgeous, but so far remains unfired.

That's a great looking Marlin. I have heard nothing but good reports on the Ruger Marlins.

Great looking .44 Marlin-Ruger WAYNO!!! I have a 1894P Marlin .44 with the 16.125" ported barrel. You touch it off after dark and the flames are impressive!!

Wayno, great looking rifle. Have a soft spot in my heart for Marlins, that's what I was given to hunt PA deer with when I was 12. Marlin 336 in .32 Win Special. Dad hunted with a Winchester Model 94 in .30 WCF. He bought in in 1948 and it currently resides in my gun safe
