I was able to buy Carl's ROA #100 & his Lettered ROA Brass Frame.
I also have NVB-445-EZ Vaquero #EZ-00100, which Carl and I discussed at one time.

If you are asking if the Studio case originally came with the gun, I would say no.
I have a couple of those cases and really like them.
