Yep,, it was truly a surprise for me. We saw the link Rick had sent me,, and it was for a place that required computer skills & such. (I'm computer stupid!)
I asked her to see about sending the seller a message,, if she could figure it out. A few days later,, it was posted as "sold." I just figured it wasn't meant to be.

Yes,, one of the short list of bucket list items I've longed for.

I took that picture of them together on the new custom table I built for Penny. I used an antique Singer treadle machine frame, sand blasted it, re-painted it. Then using 4 pieces of 2" thick oak (from Tyson) I fabricated a table top into a 30"x19" table for her antique Singer Featherweight sewing machine.
After I did that,, & she saw it,, she almost didn't want to move the new table,, as she thought the book & fox sitting there was just about perfect looking!

Merry Christmas Tyrone that is an awesome surprise present.
