yes,and until just recently ( last week) mywife had owned one in the #19,400 range, I had gotten many years ago at the OGCA in the late 1980s from aq memebr who had a sign that said "chrome Ruger 22 for sale" and I said to him "they chromed bumpers, and nickeled guns.." and he said the box in came in had a small sticker on it that said 'chrome' and I figured for $225 I'd buyit for Laura, and he said he'd give me the box the next show ,,,need less to say OGCA got bumped out of Columbus, ad we went up to the I-X Center in Cleveland never did see him after that. oh well and KIm P., had told us the records at that time were destroyed in a flood ( water pipe break) Steve Vogel had said to us the next Ruger RCA theme show he would like to see it and could tell if it was "right or not" BUT sadly he passed away before the next show, so it sat here for all these years till "family" got it last week,,,,,,,,,,,, wish I had taken better pictures for the computer like phone cameras take now .............
