Chosen 1's Continued

Post by zebra55 »

Thought that I should start a new topic to show off Bobby Tyler's work. As in the previous posts my chosen 1's are Lipsey's 1AH in 25-06 and 1A in 35 Whelen. When I look at Bobby's work the word that comes to mind is exquisite.

For those that think you can't afford custom work haven't talked to fellow ROCS member Bobby Tyler of Tyler Gun Works..check out his ad in the current ROCS Digest (sorry)

Very nice, love the results. Need to send one to Bobby myself.

Bobby's work is outstanding, but the ROCS publication is a Digest, not a journal. We try hard to differentiate ourselves from the rest! Brass Frame/Lee E, Editor.

Great work, now he has me thinking my #1s would look great with a job like that a shooter and wall hanger.

I have them to hunt deer and black bear here in Michigan. Hours in the stand gives me something to admire...both have already been proven to shoot well before I sent them down to Bobby. Mounted the scopes back on them this morning and will re-zero them when it quits raining. Then just have to wait until hunting season this fall..
As far as Bobby's work I think it's neat how the 25 came out with the distinct tiger stripping which matches the stock configuration and the 35 has a more swirled pattern that matches it's stock, almost like he planned it that way..
