I'm looking for information that any of you might have on these two knives. Ruler for size reference. I've probably had them for 10 years but know they are older. They appear to be made by the same maker. The handles are the exact same length, both are pinned the same and have the same "caps" at each end. Additionally, the longest blade on the two-blade is identical in size and shape of the single blade. Both of these blades are marked with U.S.A on the logo side when looking at the knives. Other than the logos and text you see in the picture and the U.S.A blade markings that is all the information that I can give you. As always, Thanks for looking and any information!

Those are what knife collectors call "Novelty Knives" advertising a business or event or even a tv show. 2 of the most common makers were Colonial Cutlery in Providence RI & Imperial Cutlery originally in Providence RI but moved to Ellenville NY in 1941. Imperial-Schrade produced knives until 1988 when their knives were all branded with the Schrade name. The knives you have are a 3 pin design with very small bolsters and were probably a promotion by Ruger or an employee gift. At one time I had probably 20 similar knives advertising everything from a local appliance store to an automobile dealer to a local hardware store. Mine are long gone but were the same patterns & type that you have there.

I have a couple of the knives shown at the bottom, with Sturm, Ruger & Co. I've seen the other one before too. As noted,,, novelty knives,,, but part of the "older" history.
