Is the 2018 ROCS patch the third one? I noticed that I have 3 patches counting the 2018. Was the first patch for 2 tears? I hope I haven't lost one.

I think 2018 4th version, we missed a year with the little brass pin instead of a brassard. Correct me if I am wrong please.

That's correct. 2015 was a shield design, 2015 an oval and 2016 round. 2017 was the lapel pin. The 2018 is the 4th one.
