Hello.
I have these two Sturm Ruger Employee's Manuals. They are light blue in color, and measure 4"X6" and are 32 pages in length. The VP at the time of publication was Stanley B. Terhune. The last official date listed in the booklet is on page 6 and references the 1974 Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act. The booklet then goes on into the history of the company. In this history the last date mentioned is 1973 on page 10. Here they discuss continued growth and construction since 1973. Following that is the General Corporate Policy regarding employees, behavior, dress, etc. I would take it that these were used over a period of years probably mid 70's - ?. One of these booklets belonged to a Barbara Potter but I find no reference to her, the other is pretty pristine with no employee name. Can someone help me nail down the dates these manuals were used?
Kind Regards
