RCA Silver Anniversary Old Army

According to a buddy of mine. This RCA Silver Anniversary sold at a local auction yesterday for $2575.00. Bidding started at $1100.00 and stayed heated between two gentlemen in $25 increments until the end.

That is interesting. I have mine, but it came with a wooden presentation case with the RCA logo on the top.

I thought it a bit high myself missing the case although it is pretty! Bill, I would think with the right bidders on hand that yours would at least bring that or more with the original presentation case.
