BN-42 Excellent original condition! Here is a desired .41 MAGNUM revolver that was manufactured in 1976 and specially roll-marked "Made in the 200th Year of American Liberty" along the top of the barrel. The left side of the barrel has the simple Ruger address roll-marking, no "warning". For the hunter and target shooter preferring slight less recoil and carry the punch of a large single-action revolver, this Ruger chambers the .41Magnum and wears a 6-1/2" barrel with adjustable rear sight. This revolver is in outstanding condition and appears little more than factory test fired. The cylinder is properly numbered to the frame with numbers etched on the front face. The original blue finish rates 98-99% with just a cylinder turn line. The balance of the gun is nearly flawless. There is no rust or pitting and the loading gate has turned a beautiful plum. The original walnut grips are excellent, free of cracks, chips, dings or wear. The mechanics are in perfect working order and the bore is excellent! This handsome revolver comes in the original red cardboard box which numbers to the gun, the box is in great shape, it comes with a users manual and Ruger/NRA registration card. A very nice revolver for the Ruger collector or shooter, only to be upgraded by the shipping sleeve.
