Don, this has to be one of the most unique letters from the factory that I have ever read. Do you know if they were having problems with certain ammo? Was the Carbine not cycling properly? From the sounds of the letter, Ruger distributors were very upset about the delay in shipments!

Lee, I don't know the answers, but there are a couple of guys on here that probably shed some light on this.
