Anyone heard anything about the 3000000th Ruger .22 auto pistol? Where it is? Was it donated?

Thank you for the reply Mr. Findley.

SO.......it is out there somewhere and has been for a while.
Interesting.
I would bet in Ruger hands, unless WBR had an auto collector/ friend that
he wanted to have it.
Regardless, I will keep my eyes peeled at the next gun show :)

I bet it was given to the NRA and auctioned at one of their national conventions. They have done that before and they bring BIG $$$$.

I'm hoping someone has seen a write-up or something on this. I can't find a thing on it. I got the picture from the engraver. He has no info on it???

That is the first I've seen or heard of that as well.
Don't believe it passed through an NRA auction, so wonder if it is still at the factory.
