Thoughts 1964 RST4

Hope all are doing well. Would anyone here have any info that may shed light on this 1964 RST4? Seems unusual with the sights that are on it? Thanks for your assistance. Mark

These are not the sights this gun left the factory with. Looks like adjustable after-market Micro sights. They do not take away from the pistol's value.

Looks like someone added a period correct Micro rear adjustable sight,, and had to make a front blade that would allow adjustment to POA.
