Mini 14 Oklahoma Highway Patrol model

As far as I know they are somewhat rare, couldn't really find a whole lot of information about them but wanted to see what people had to say or offer for one.

Asking $1300 but open for negotiation and trades.

I didn't know any of the OHP mini's had a folding stock.
Is the receiver rollmarked O.H.P.?

OHP marked receiver, but the rest looks like after market to me. Definitely not factory IMHO.
