Miwall 357 mag 160gr +p+ hunting load

Hello all,
I recently picked-up a box of the above subject line and I am curious if anyone has any experience with this load. Per Miwall, the specs are 1400 FPS/696 ft-lbs. It is a pretty old load so they do not have any specs on pressure.
I am thinking it may be similar to today's modern +P loads but no experience in this area. I would like to try it in my Ruger Police Service Six but mostly for my 77/357.
