service six gs-84 nycpd value

Correction: GF-84. What would be a fair price for a NYCPD 4" 38spl stainless in very good/excellent condition w/no box or papers?
I would say it's between $550 and $650 depending on the condition. NYPD did buy a lot of these and the officers got the chance to purchase them when the PD phased them out and they are fairly rare in civilian hands.
Does it have a 5 point star stamped on the crane? If it does, that verifies that it has actually been acceptance inspected by a NYCPD armorer. You want to see that for it to be worth the extra $$
