Saw this on another forum someone trying to get info on it. A real oddball - a Super Redhawk chambered in .22 Hornet with the box. Has anyone seen one of these? I posted asking for the model number.

I agree. No markings on the left side of the barrel or barrel extension.
And Ruger's serial number lookup page does not show the gun being shipped.
But... There's no SHOT show this year, so what better way for a manufacturer to start showing their wares for interest.

Might be a re-visit, I noticed in the 4th version of R.E.N.E. pages 71 & 74 in 1998-99 a least 1 prototype of a 10 1/2" Super Blackhawk Hunter chambered in .22 Hornet was made.

I recall Taurus made a Raging Hornet, a large frame stainless da revolver in 22Hornet. 8 or 9 shots? it it originally came with their scope mount system and initially they sold as fast as they could make them.

Ruger is late to the innovation party, but better late than never! 8-)

Carry heavy, hit hard. I like the idea.
