Yep that is not a typo. Just purchased a 270 win No. 1 RSI with a 130 prefix serial number. Just goes to show that using left over actions were not exclusive to non prefix guns. I ran the S/N on the Ruger website says it was shipped in 1986, so action was probably collecting dust at the factory for 10 years....
Anyway, ROCS member Rowdy had two other 130 RSI's (sold 1) both in 270 also. Begs the question does anyone have or seen other 130 prefix RSI guns??

Yes, I had one several years ago. Not that uncommon, apparently for this variation/caliber. I wonder if yours or Rowdy's are the one I had?zebra55 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 21, 2021 4:53 pm Yep that is not a typo. Just purchased a 270 win No. 1 RSI with a 130 prefix serial number.
