Ruger Factory Engraved GP100??

Local auction has a factory engraved GP100 listed...but I was not aware Ruger did factory engraving on GP100s.. Any thoughts??

That is a TALO distributor model, Model 1783 (Blue), 1784 (Stainless).

I like the grips.

The scratching I could do without but .... to each their own.
