ruger #1 1V 6mm Rem

Looking at at new purchase. Mod 01338 is a 1V in 6mm rem 2008 vintage
Trying to determine twist rate - I have read it varies from 1-9 to 1-12 with everything in between (including an odd example of 1-11) but the owner cannot tell me. Short of writing Ruger, any info would be appreciated. Thanks
