Wonder what they will call them??

Now that Ruger owns Marlin and will be producing lever action rifles, I have a question??? Will they be Rug-Lins or Mar-Gers?

I believe I read that Ruger said they will keep the Marlin name, but you know as well as I do that gun people will give them a nickname like they did with the Remington Marlins (Remlin) to differentiate them from the originals, no matter what they look like.

As long as they reproduce the Marlin 62 in .30 Carbine I don’t care what they call them 
Although Ruger could put out a 10/22 like rifle in .30 Carbine as well, that wouldn’t hurt my feelings none either
