Joe Bowman Bullet Art

Post by Rugerologist »

Here are some photos of the Bullet Art that Joe Bowman shot for the R.C.A on April 12, 1985. You may recognize some of the names on it! Does anyone else have one from this day?

That's a cool piece of Joe's art, a great collection of autographs. Thanks for sharing.

Steve, at the bottom of your posts under the text box there are two tabs that you can click on. The first says options and the second one says attachments. If you click attachments there will be 5 boxes under that tab that you can upload one photo into each box for a total of 5 per post. That's the easiest way to go about uploading photos to this BBS.

Most I know about Bowman he is sometimes mentioned in the Ruger references I have, and another book of two around here. Do remember the Bowman Vaquero, I was able to buy what was said to be a set of the overrun grips from that edition through Ruger. Wasn't his influence a major driver for the Vaquero?
